Job: Assistant

Director of a long established company based in the centre of Krakow is looking for a fun and attractive assistant to help me run my business. Most of the work will be in Polish, you just need basic English to talk to me. You will be part of a 40 person team.

I have a new area in my business and I need some help running this part of the business. You will manage a number of staff to make sure they are performing their job. You will also help me in my day to day tasks, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, dealing with other employees, Travel Requirements/Visa, Assisting with all hands meetings, Ordering supplies.

Experience in this role is not essential as I will teach you everything you need to know.
